Updating both invoices and clients will replace the existing client list with your latest clients pool.
You will lose the original clients list at the selected period.

You wouldn't want to choose this option if you were checking the invoices created in December last year!
Typically, you will need a Full run for a particular month ONLY after you added new clients.

This action cannot be UNDO.
